File Requirements Made Simple


When you use Castle Press’ mailing services, we’ll analyze your list and return any incorrect or incomplete information, so your internal database stays up to date. To get started, your list should include at least 100 and no more than 5 million records, and it should be formatted as a Microsoft Excel, CSV, or tab-delimited file.


Make sure your data includes First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and 5-digit Zip Code. We also recommend adding a unique ID field for easy record tracking when updates are made.
